Matthew, Timothy and family - just wanted to let you know how sorry I am to read about your father. I have fond memories of babysitting you two (many, many years ago).
I recall too how your father hired me as a summer student at Dominion's head office when summer jobs were are to come by.
Hope you and your family are well. My thoughts are with you.

An amazing person... I just knew him at Queen's when we all ate at the same Co-op. He was so friendly and much fun so I am sad to see the notice of Mitch's death.

I was a member with Mitch on a couple of Canadian Waterpolo Championship teams and I he certainly was a giant in goal. Mitch was always glad to see you and greeted you with his big smile. My condolences to his wife and family and may he always be in your heart.

I along with others from the Osgoode Class of "66" share the loss of our classmate "Mitch". He was indeed a gentle giant who befriended me early in First year and introduced me to Dim sum upstairs at Sai Woos on Dundas St. My sympathies to his family and friends. ...John Valeriote
