Dear Dale, family and friends of Bill,
It was heartwarming to have attended Bill's cocktail reception and to hear the outpouring of affection for this kind, funny and urbane gentleman. I continue to remember the years, the projects and people, Bill foremost, at NORR with admiration, pride and thanks.

It was a pleasure being part of Bill's life this past year and a bit. We were fortunate to be the place Dale and he chose for Bill to live out his remaining time. I will remember him fondly as a kind and sweet soul. In Dale we have found a friend. May he rest in Peace.
