It is with heart felt sorrow that I extend my sympathies to the North family. I just now was told of his passing. I worked with Jay at Raytheon. My thoughts and prayers to all. Kathy Foley-Johnson

I am beyond devastated to hear the news of my dear friend Jay. We went to the same schools since kindergarten thru college graduation. I have fond memories of every stage of growing up with him. He was a thoughtful, loyal, selfless friend and the world seems a lot lonelier now without knowing my buddy is just a phone call away. My heartfelt condolences to Jen and the rest of the extended family.

Worked with Jay 30 Years ago at Forest Preserve District of Will County. Jay was a seasonal employee. Always had a smile on his face and was fun guy to work with. Sorry to hear about the loss of a good man. Rest in peace
