Mary Elizabeth Roy
Mary Elizabeth Roy age 95, beloved wife to the late Marshall J. Roy, passed away on September 7, 2018 at Waveny Care Center in New Canaan. She was born in Norwalk on November 23, 1922 and was a daughter to the late William and Lois Beers Ferris. Mary was a loving mother and grandmother that dedicated her life to her family. She was a volunteer as a nurse's aide in World War II.
She is survived by her two loving daughters, Janice Dohan and Judith Roy both of Norwalk. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Christopher and Michael Dohan and three great grandchildren.
The family will have a graveside burial service at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 13 at the Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Ave. Norwalk.
