Dec 21, 1941 - Feb 23, 2026
Brian Fox, 84, of Wichita, KS, passed away February 23, 2026. He was born December 21, 1941, in Wichita, Kansas.
Brian was a proud graduate of Wichita State University and a lifelong Shocker fan. He spent many dedicated years working at The Coleman Company, where he was known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and integrity, earning the respect of colleagues and friends.
Above all, Brian loved his family. He rarely missed a game, meet, or tournament and took great pride in watching his children and grandchildren compete. He was quietly supportive, steady in presence, and deeply proud. Known for his dry sense of humor and thoughtful nature, Brian was a man who commanded respect without seeking attention.
He is survived by his wife, Marjie Fox; children, Mark Fox and wife Susan, Lori Fritzel and husband Brett, and Todd Fox and wife Monica Wilkens; grandchildren, DJ, Jake, Tyler, Jerod, Logan, KJ, Ally, Brady, Brayden, and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Huxley, Maesyn, and Sloane; siblings, Charles and wife Peggy, Ann Kutz and husband Bob, Jim and wife Linda, and Jon and son Tanner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Katherine Fox, and his brother, Michael Fox.
No formal services will be held. A small gathering of family and close friends will take place at a later date.
