Mary Helen Kise

MARY HELEN KISE Mary Helen Kiser, age 101, of rural Benton, Kansas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 29, 2025.  She was born on October 3, 1924, in El Dorado, Kansas, the daughter of Lawrence Ray and Mary (Blankenship) Lamb. Helen was the only daughter, raised with her five brothers: Lawrence, Jack, Lee, Bob, and Don Lamb. She married her childhood sweetheart and neighbor, Cash Clay Kiser, II, on September 25, 1943, in Leon, Kansas.  She worked as an Accounting Assistant for many years; in retirement, she worked for Lamb Funeral Home, Whitewater.  She loved spending time with family and friends and enjoyed traveling all over the world.  She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and loving husband.  She is survived by her daughter, Paula and her husband Roy Williams of rural Benton; and her son, Stan and his wife Judy Kiser of Grand Junction, CO; her grandchildren: Nolan (Dyani) Williams of Cascade, CO; Alexandra (Abraham) Marintzer of Plainville; and Will Kiser of Grand Junction, CO; her great-grandchildren: Raiden and Aya Williams; Addisyn, Amilee and Arlie Marintzer; and Sadie, Jack and James Kaiser; and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Federated Church in Whitewater.  The family will receive friends from Noon until service time.  Burial will follow in the Leon Cemetery, Leon, Kansas.  Memorial Funds have been established for the Federated Church or for the American Legion Auxiliary Post #65, in care of Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.
