MARIAN CLARK DOLCE, 96

LAKELAND- Marian Clark Dolce passed away on December 24, 2017 at Brookdale Highlands. Marian was born October 13, 1921 in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. to her parents, James E. and Luella Erickson Clark. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Sister. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, doing cross-word puzzles and watching her soap operas.
Marian was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church.
She taught in the Arlington Central School District, mainly in the town of Pleasant Valley, N.Y., retiring in 1976 after 35 years of service.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 49 years, Michael, and her step-mother Margaret Dean Clark.
Marian is survived by her son, Michael E. (Kay), grandson, Michael J. (Amy), granddaughter, Erica McCaffrey (Shaun), great grandchildren, Samantha and Andrew Dolce, Cayden and Emma McCaffrey, sister, Shirley Clark Gazzillo and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., at Resurrection Catholic Church, with a visitation one hour prior to the Mass. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park.
