Leo was a blessing to the City of Winter Haven for the time we had him. We're so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a friend to everyone he met. Sincere condolences to his family other friends.

To Leo's family and loved ones, I am very sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of getting to know Leo through his service on the City of Winter Haven's Planning Commission. He was full of life and truly lit up a room when he was around. I'll miss his stories of Maine he was so apt to share. He will be missed.
