To the Family of Msgr, Duke:

We are very gracious for the untiring
effort Of Father Duke as he walked this entire parish
Knocking on doors and greeting his
Parishioners in the beginning.

Back in the day he started with very little and
Built this outstanding parish.

Thanks for your dedication and service to all of us.

May God Bless your memory as you unite with Our Savior Jesus and his Mother Mary.

I unfortunately did not get to spend a lot of time with Monsignor Charles due to the distance between us. When he came to Philadelphia to visit his sister, Mary Duke Jackson, my mother, it was always a pleasure to be in his presence. He was such a blessing to us and will be missed.

May God bless him and I know Uncle Charles' blessings are with us. Anne Jackson Hesdon.

I am so sure our Savior Jesus Christ & His Magnificent Mother, our Virgin Mary greeted you with open arms to greet you. You were a wonderful priest who gave his all to his faith & his parishioners even to very late in your life. I have had nothing but respect & love for you since 1974 when we met. You baptized my daughter & gave her her first holy communion & you never forgot to ask for her whenever we met. God bless you my dear father, & please pray for me.

We too were Blessed to have known and shared Msgr. Duke with other parishioners in St Ann Parish. He was truly an inspiration to all to live a faith filled life. I will never forget in 2013 when my father passed away, Msgr. Duke came to the funeral home and spoke to our family. It was just the way he was and it was truly appreciated at that devastating time. He exemplified what it meant to be a man of God. Rest in peace Msgr., job well done.

HE Will Raise Him Up On Eagle's Wings,

Bear Him On The Breath Of Dawn,

Make Him To Shine Like The Sun,

And Hold Him In The Palm Of HIS Hand.

Archdiocese. He was successful is getting a group
Of Salesian Nuns to get us started with our elementary school.

Into our outstanding school of today.
