Frank J. Ruiz, Jr. beloved husband of Jean (nee Robbins) Ruiz; loving son of the late Frank and Doris (nee Bosco) Ruiz; dear brother of the late Joyce (late Leo) Kather; brother-in-law of Thelma (Ken) Meadors; cherished uncle of Karen (Harrison) Toms; great uncle of Kelli (Jason) Clements, Ken (Cynthia) Singleton and Britni Toms; great great uncle of Addison and Bryce Singleton, Lexi, Michael and Xander Clements. Went home to be with the Lord on Monday December 31, 2018. Age 88. Residence Milford, OH, formerly of New Orleans, LA. Frank was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 5747 and received the Medal of St. Louis for his dedicated service at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Celebration of Life service will be held at Sem Laurels Community Room, 203 Mound Ave, Milford, OH 45150 on Wednesday January 9, 2019 at 6:00 PM. Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church, 2320 Paris Rd, Chalmette, LA on Wednesday January 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM, visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until time of Mass. Inurnment will follow at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens in Chalmette, LA.

Dear Jean, I am so very sorry for your loss. I just found out Frank passed away when I read the bulletin at church at All Saints. Frank was a special man and will be missed. You are in my prayers.
