Dr. Barrett was one of the really good guys at school. I remember him more than most. He wanted us to learn how to put it all together for when we left school. Such an encouragement.

We are looking at a photo of Ronnie and Kathy at the last Oktoberfest held at Deutscheshaus. A fuzzy shot but one of many sharp memories. He was an amazing, sharp, wonderful, funny man and we will miss him immensely.

Ronnie will be SO missed by all of our family who have known and loved him for all these many years. He was the most intelligent, entertaining and personable person. He added much to our lives. God bless him and his loved ones.

Dear Kathy & Family:
I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Ronnie. I was one of his patients and he was always so friendly. He loved telling stories about his family. You and Dr. Ronnie ran a very nice, friendly office and I always felt at ease in the dental chair. Dr. Ronnie will be missed by everyone who knew him. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Never will forget that brash young instructors face on the first day at LSUSD amongst the older doctors. My sympathies to the family for their loss and may he rest in peace.

Dear Kathy and Family,
It's hard to express the loss of my great friend whom I have know years before starting to cut his hair in 1967. He was our family dentist since 1970. Ronnie did his dentistry work right or not at all. I will never forget the enjoyment of cutting his hair every 3 weeks at the end of one of my work days. He would bring Tyler when he was young and sometimes they would come together when Tyler was older. We always had good conversations and a drink that he would bring...we would joke and get into serious conversations too. He was a brilliant man, so knowledgeable on so many subjects. I learned much from his medical knowledge, BUT MOST OF ALL I will miss a dear friends great laugh..he will NEVER be forgotten. He was a truly loving husband, father and grandfather. Our sincere condolences to your family at this time. Our hearts remember most what it has loved best. Ronnie is gone from our sight but never from our memories. May your memories comfort you and ease the ache in your hearts.
Sincerely,
Bobby Kimble and Family
