I remember Neal from Neville High School. I was a freshman. He was a senior, and one of the greatest football players I have ever seen.

I pass on my condolences to his family and friends.

What a force of nature! I worked for Neal from 1988 to 2000 in our offices in the Astrodome. He taught me so much, and we had so much fun throughout it all. One of his catch phrases..."lemme tell you sumpn." He always tried to disguise his voice when he called me at the office, but there was no disguising that Cajun accent! I truly loved him and I will miss him so much.
