I was saddened to hear from his daughter today, of Telf's passing. He was my boss and mentor for many years at Domtar and Papier Cascades. More important, he was a good friend to me and my parents for many more years. I will think of him often with love and respect. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace my dear friend.

I have been searching for Telf for the past 5 years , to no avail sadly. Ethel and Telf taught me to play golf in Grand mere and became friends of the family. I am saddened now that I have found him. I will always remember our trip to Scotland together back when we could both still get around the golf course with some form :-)

He will be missed by all those who knew him. I have fond memories of all the trips to the farm in the townships that he facilitated for our family as we rarely owned a car. But they were family really. Both he and Ethel were a big influence on my life. Who's going to make the trifle....
