Lois was my Aunt and one of the warmest-hearted people I have ever known. I well remember the blueberry pies she made for my cousins and I with the berries we picked at her cottage in Quebec; and the many Christmas dinners she hosted for the extended family. She was always kind and welcoming. My deepest sympathies to the family.

My deepest condolences to the Woodhouse family. I have very fond memories of Lois and her warm family from my youth. She was an exceptionally generous and charming person with a wonderful sense of humour. Sending lots of love. You are all in my thoughts and forever in my heart. xo

Greatly saddened to hear of Lois's passing. Knew her for many years as a gentle, calm, caring Aquafit buddy & at our group luncheons. She will be greatly missed. Deepest condolences to the family.
Sincerely, Wanda Jurashek & Tony Abballe

What a marvellous woman! Loved her spunky cheerful spirit. It was an honour to have been a part of her life. So glad to know you were with her at the end and she was home. My thoughts are with you all. Sincerely Sandy Brown

I first met Lois many years ago at Gus Ryder pool. I was a new member of the Friday morning Aquafit class and I did not know anyone. For some reason, I missed a class shortly after enrolment. That afternoon, Lois telephoned to make sure I was all right. Her thoughtfulness touched me deeply and as our friendship continued to grow, I learned that she was forever gracious and caring. I will miss her.
