Dad always said he'd had a great life and we suspect that he's now celebrating that life with his sister Ruth and his brothers Wes, Jack and Stu. Bill, as he preferred, touched countless lives over the course of his. All who knew him can share in the memories of his gentle kindness, enormous generosity and boundless humour that brought joy to each of us. He was proud of all of his children and we are equally proud of him. Bill's family will receive relatives and friends at the HERITAGE FUNERAL CENTRE, 50 Overlea Boulevard, 416-423-1000, on Friday, March 1st, from 5-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd at 1:30 p.m. in the Heritage Funeral Centre Chapel. A reception at Heritage Funeral Centre will follow the service. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Toronto Humane Society are appreciated. Bill's family is very grateful for the outstanding care and compassion given to him by the Toronto General Hospital CICU Team.
