My sympathies and condolences to the Dillard Family at this time. Dot was a friend of my late grandmother, Thelma Fern Dillmon of Muncie (1912-2000). Grandma Fern spoke highly of Dot and her care for the Ross Center for Seniors. Grandma Fern always enjoy playing card games and board games and taking trips Dot would plan with the 'Mayors' Van. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Sincerely,
Joseph Dillmon (Anderson, IN)
grandson of Thelma Fern Dillmon, (1912-2000) Muncie, IN
