Elisa, I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. Although it has many years since I have had the pleasure of talking to you, you are one of my fondest high school memories. Please accept my condolences. May she rest in peace and God bless you.

Elisa,
I know it's been a long time, but when I saw this, a wave of sadness hit me. Your mother was a great woman, as was your father--he who shoveled snow in bermuda shorts.
I hope you're doing well and celebrating her memory. (There is a lot to celebrate.) I still miss your duty as crossing guard for Westview. It was the highlight of my day, back when days lasted too long.

I am a cousin of Permilla's. I am Nancy Kemp Wenger. I remember Permilla as a very nice person who had a beautiful voice. I am so sorry this has happened. Remember the good times you have had with her. We all will be blessed for knowing her. May you Rest In Peace, Pam. You will now be with your soul mate.

Dear Elisa,
As you journey with grief, we will be praying for you. It is a blessing that your mother was able to see you grow as a healer, that she benefitted from by your care, and that, as I believe in our common tradition, that she is now in eternal peace. Blessings to you and your sister in this time.
