There are no words to tell you how sad Phil and I are by the news of Skip's passing. I have many good memories of him when Morgan and Kaitlyn were small. Over the years it was always great seeing you guys out, catching up. Phil enjoyed getting to know him at the gym. He was such a kind and special person and he will be so missed. Our prayers are with you and Kaitlyn during this very sad time...may you find peace in God's love during this time.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Skip's passing. He and I were trooper cadets during Patrol School in 1988. I pray that God will continue to grant his family strength to bear this tremendous loss. RIP my friend!

V/R,
Retired Master Trooper
82nd Basic School, NCSHP.

I met Trooper Skipwith many many years ago when I first became a bondsman. During that time, I had many occasions to encounter him. I have never seen a frown or gotten a harsh word from him. Always ready to help in any way he could. He will truly be missed by all of us. May God wrap you in his arms, and take you through the tough days ahead.
