Carmen & I grew to be as close as two sisters during the time I have been part of the Perkins family. I truly loved her like a sister. She called me her "little sister" & even introduced me as her sister. We shared a unique bond. I will miss her & the closeness we shared. She was family to me & I loved her dearly. Love & Prayers for the family. Maxine Forest
