Aaron I remember you as shy 8 year old when you joined the Ranui Cub Pack. You were a great Scout Gang Show member. Go home in Peace.

Aaron was such a talented person - funny, musical, artistic, a well known personality in South Canterbury Drama League where I had been privileged to work alongside him in "The Wizard of Oz" and other musicals in the Juniors. My thoughts and most sincere prayers to Aaron's family and his Mum and Dad. He will be greatly missed.

We met at what was then Aoraki Polytech and became firm friends. Even way back then he was incredibly talented. Even after life often got in the way, when you connected again it was like you’d never missed a day. We’d often speak for hours on the phone and his wonderful sense of humour was never far from the surface. He was kind, funny, intelligent and fabulously interesting. I am very saddened to hear he has passed and my condolences go out to all his family. I will never forget seeing him for the first time in his red and yellow mismatched converse boots. He will be missed.
