I do remember well those early growing up days with Cedric. We were both such rascals and got into some real mischief. But they were good days, and passed by so quickly. I am so sorry to hear of Cedric's passing and feel sad that I lost touch with him. David Cliff

David and I send our sympathy. Although we hadn't seen him for many years we remember him as a happy young man and a great neighbour.

Remembering many visits and happy times with Cedric and family. He was a kind person, always ready to help, and with a sense of humor, always bringing a smile. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Also condolences to all from Beryl's sister overseas.

I'm so sorry to hear of Cedric's passing. He was a big part of our family until we moved from Victoria. Cedric and I shared the same birthdate although I was many years younger. For many years he always made sure of saying Happy Birthday, which he continued to do by sending cards to me after we moved. Cedric was a warm hearted man with a beautiful smile. I'm sure he will be dearly missed by many. God Bless, Adele

With our Deepest Sympathy we feel your loss. Cedric was like a brother to our family when we were growing up. Cedric spent a lot of time at our house in town and at our farm on Burnside road. Cedric worked with us and our father during the summer months. Cedric often stopped to chat at our place on Brookview when visiting his sister until we moved May 2016 to Oliver B.C. I think of Cedric every morning as I have a nice coffee cup that had Cedric's name on and he left it behind when he retired from VGH and my wife Karen brought it home. Although it's difficult now to see beyond your loss and sorrow, May looking back in memory help comfort you in the days ahead. The world lost a good man.
