RIP old friend.
November-16-17
Sorry to hear about the passing of Dave. I knew Dave when I was a teenager, as he was a good friend of my step-grandma.I always remembered Dave being so friendly, positive, and out-going. And that laugh of his....one of a kind (: I will attach the only photo I have of Dave. it is from about 23 years ago. Dave is now walking in Paradise with Jesus for all eternity.

Dave and I go way back when we were 16 yrs old in Prince George.we had some really good times as your typical teenagers.I moved to Victoria BC when I was 21yrs old and lost touch with Dave for a long time.I was working one day and long and behold Dave was standing right in front of me and said hey Rod...hows it going. After app. 20 yrs going bye Dave still had the same smile and laugh...It was so good to see him again. We lost touch again and bumped into each other when I was 54 yrs old..the same warm smile and laugh was back in my life again. At this time Dave had a boat and asked me to go fishing with him..well I was all over it.We went out twice in Sooke BC where I relocated. After that Dave was involved in a tragic accident that would change his life forever.Dave would have to spend the remaining of his life in a wheelchair.I learned a lot from Dave that life carries on and to still have a good attitude with life no matter what happens.I still remember to this day when I took Dave to the mall in his wheelchair and he had the biggest smile on his face just lit right up.If only we all could have that strenght that Dave had we all would be in a better place...he will be missed and will always be in our hearts with that big gleaming smile
Love Rod & Lorna
