As a good friend of her son Bob or she called him Robert I knew Mrs. Spark since I was 6 years old. I and Bob's other friends were constantly at the Spark's house playing in their yard. She was like a mother to us, always kind and helpful. Later I moved abroad but we kept in touch. Mrs. Spark was a wonderful warm person who was friendly and interested in others. Nothing was better than a cup of tea and some sweets in her kitchen or on her porch. I was always have fond memories of her. My condolences to Richard, Helen, Bob and his family.
