I'm sorry to hear of Channy's passing. He was a former colleague, and I will always remember his gregarious and good-natured personality.

To all the Dheensaw Family,

Please know how very saddened I am for the loss of Channy.
Enjoy the moments you had with Channy and ascertain that you keep living without regrets. Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your family and friends for strength, and always remember how much you are cared for by everyone.

Fifty six years of true friendship was never enough for both Channy and me. I am going to miss Channy dearly.

My heart is with all of you as we grew up on Taylor Street,

Channy was a kind and generous person, and I am very sad to hear that he passed away. We worked together for several years. He was a hard worker, he cared about everyone, and lately, we continued to discuss how all of our old workmates were faring. Seeing him in retirement on the street, he still seemed to be helping other people out... My sympathy to all his family on this sad occasion.

Dear Dheensaw Family

My deepest condolences on the loss of a 'Special Man'. Channy was a class act from the first time I met him in junior high. He always made those around him to feel very important and special.

Channy always had a kind word for others and he took a genuine interest in your life even though, at times, life was a challenge for him. Channy always wanted what was best for others and never talked about his own plight.

Channy's radiant smile could light up any room he walked into not to mention the colourful and classy dresser he was.

Rest in Peace, Our Brother

Chan was my older brother.
I hope he will be remembered in a kind way. He struggled with life and lived for the day.
Thanks to all the people who cared for him in the latter years.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Channy. He taught me all the tricks of playing a good game of pool! I used to see him later at the Esquimalt Liquor store working as I was outside selling tickets for some charity. I always loved seeing him.
Faithfully,
{Bing.} Brian T. Tighe.
