My sincere condolences to Joe's immediate family and Joyce and Pete and family. Very sad to see Joe's name in the TC. I remember many hours that we spent fishing at the breakwater, the parties at 1600 McRae, time spent on Ed Pallister's boat and especially a great wedding of Joyce and Pete. Most of all a home where I was always welcome even after Joe and I wore out a record of Tarantella (we played it almost non-stop for a week! Some 60 years have passed since I last saw Joe and Bert at the stock car races. I found out there that my bride, Joni (Fenn) had, also lived in Craik and had gone to the same (and only)school there. Both sadness and joy to remember those times. Rest in peace, Joe.
