So sad to hear Joyce has passed-she has been part of my life since Grade 1 in Vic. West and thru Vic High and onward. We never lost touch and I'll miss and never forget this wonderful lady-my friend.

Joyce and Bill were an amazing couple. Always very welcoming and hospitable. Fun and laughter when visiting....even when Joyce had two broken legs (many years ago).
Joyce was ill for many years - but the fun times and Joyce dressed to the nines' are etched in our memories They are both missed.. RIP

My sincere condolences on the loss of Joyce. Her and I had a lot of fun together over the years. We worked together a the Arena, enjoyed watching lacrosse and hockey games. I have many great memories and enjoyed visiting their home.

To Sharlene and the rest of the O'Keeffe family my sincere condolences. I too remember your mom when she used to visit our old office on Yates St. But I also remember her when she worked in the ticket booth at the old Memorial Arena. She was such a sweet lady.

Leanne and family,
Sorry to read of Joyce's passing. I was just talking about the "old" Victoria Recreation staffers the other day. I worked with her when the offices moved to Pandora St. Lots of fun times and memories of her "hiding" her clothes shopping until she could sneak it home without Bill noticing. My condolences to you all. A good life lead.

Thoughts are with you all and for "Aunty" Joyce...

Joyce will also be lovingly remembered by her TOPS group. At one point, she was the heart and soul of that group. RIP Joyce
