My thoughts go out to Roger and family. I worked with Margaret at Mapleton School and Happy Thought School in the Lord Selkirk School Division. Working with Margaret was lots of fun. She was very upbeat and had a great sense of humour. Margaret was an outstanding school librarian. She had just the right personality. Taking my classes for library visits was a treat. She always seemed to know which books would appeal to individual students and she was never that "shush" kind of librarian. When I had a break it was fun just to drop in and chat and learn what newly arrived books she was excited about.
Margaret was very proud of her boys and she & Roger were a great team. Amusing to 'hang with' at parties. So smart, insightful and funny.
I'm so sorry to learn of Margaret's passing. I always hoped we would get together again. All my best wishes to Roger and the family.

Dear Roger and family: Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Those of us who worked with Margaret knew her as a trusted friend and an amazing teacher. She generously shared her love of books with so many Happy Thought students. She will be remembered fondly by us.

Roger and family, it is with great sorrow that I hear about Margaret's passing. I will remember Margaret's sense of humor and positive attitude most of all.
