Mrs. Boes was always kind to me. She would let this tag along from down the street, come for a visit, pick cherries, hang out with the dogs. One memory that sticks with me, was her kindness after a bad bee sting on my wrist. Maybe a random memory, but as a little kid being hurt, it was a big deal. I thank her for her patience for "trying" to teach me how to play the piano. Off the cuff lessons, which never actually sunk in. She had the greatest laugh. My heart goes out to Mr. Boes, Erron and Sarah.

Mrs. Boes was always a lovely lady to me as a child. Caring and willing let the little girl from down the road hang out, while picking cherries, swimming or playing with Sidney and Jennifer. She had such a great laugh. My heart goes out to Mr.Boes, Erron and Sarah.

Barry, Erron, Sarah and families

Howard and I were very sorry to hear of Marilyn's passing. She was a lovely lady, I can still see her as she walked by our house on the way to work looking so well dressed and very pretty. When we were new to the neighbourhood she would always stop and chat which made us feel welcome. Also we could never forget her laugh, which we love to hear and will remember it for years to come.

We hope all your memories will surround each of you and give you all comfort now and in the coming years.

Take care,
Howard and Theresa Slater

Remembering Marilyn and very heartsick to know that your family has lost a wonderful wife and mother. I had never heard of Masterpiece Theater until I met Marilyn. I have great memories of Marilyn with the family & especially the canine ones! Those of us who have said the long good bye to a loved one understand you will all need a good while. Our thoughts with you all at this time.
