To Trevor's Family.
I never knew Trevor except through stories from my daughter Kimberley Fitzsimmons who was a fellow Ultimate Frisbee teammate and a fellow Tree Planter.

My heart ached for Trevor and your family after his accident a few years ago but as I learned was true to his character and the strength of your family bonds, he became a source of inspiration for many people including myself as he adapted to his new reality.

My heart is also broken to hear of the tragedy of his death. My compassion goes out to all of you in Comox today and the days, weeks and months ahead.

He has left a legacy that touches all who knew him and knew of him.
