Vincent Paul Giorgio, age 85, of Trappe, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. He was born in Conshohocken, PA on July 19, 1935, the son of the late Nicolo Giorgio, and the late Mary (Malantonio) Giorgio. Vince has been living in Trappe for over 50 years, formerly of Conshohocken where he was raised. He was a talented baseball player and played while serving in the U.S. Army and also at the semi-pro level. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed playing poker and cooking amazing family meals, and he was a huge sports fan. Vince loved the Phillies, Eagles, Villanova basketball, and Penn State Football. He owned and operated a State Farm Insurance Agency in Conshohocken until his retirement. Vince volunteered his time coaching youth soccer and basketball. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Elene J. Giorgio (nee Gadonas) of Trappe; son, Christopher Giorgio of Conway, SC; daughter, Stacey Hallahan of Trappe; son, Vincent (& Jennifer) Giorgio of Skippack; brother, Nicholas Giorgio of Birdsboro; seven grandchildren, Brett, Ashley, Erin, Joshua, Shane, Evan and Anthony; and six great grandchildren, Adalyne, Kensleigh, Stephen, Noah, Luca and Camilla. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Paula Giorgio; and siblings, Christine Ciavarelli, Natale Giorgio, Matthew Giorgio, and Lena DiSanto. His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Augustus Lutheran Cemetery, Trappe.
