Fink, Frederick C. Sr. RAVENA Frederick C. Fink Sr., 74, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013 at home with his loving family by his side. Fred was a veteran serving during the Korean War. He was a truck driver retiring in 2011 after working for several firms in the area. Fred was predeceased by his wife, Barbara A. Fink. Survivors include his children, Linda (Michael) Seipel, John Fink, Wendy Slusher, Sherrie (Roberto) Belardo, Jena (Ponch) Nieves-Fink, Patricia (Daniel) Stroud and Elizabeth (David) Fink-Dufkin; sisters, Elizabeth Fink and Eva Ford; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Fred was also predeceased by his son, Frederick C. Fink Jr.; brother, Robert Fink; and sister, Bertha Wendeborn. Friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home on Friday, November 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. Immediately following the calling hours, at 7 p.m., there will be a celebration of Frederick's life. Contributions in memory of Frederick may be made to the American Cancer Society.
