Palmer, Jean B. COXSACKIE Jean B. Palmer, 80, passed away quietly at her home on November 21, 2010 with her loved ones by her side. Jean is survived by four daughters, Judy (Paul) Brandow of Earlton, Sally (Peter) Foronda of Coeymans Hollow, Peggy (Lester) McMullen of Selkirk and Jean Ellis of Coxsackie; sister, Sally Rappleyea of Earlton; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grand children; 1 great-great-grand child; and several nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by her sister, Margaret Wiltse; son, Louis A. Palmer Jr. and grandsons, Louis A. Palmer III and David McCauslin. Jean's greatest joy was her large family and her fishing trips to the South Bay area of Lake Champlain with her good friend and fishing partner. There will be no visiting hours, however family and friends are invited to join Jean's family at the Quarry Steak House on Sunday, November 28 at 2 p.m. for a luncheon memorial. In lieu of flowers, Contributions to Community Hospice of Columbia/Greene, 47 Liberty St., Catskill, NY 12414 would be appreciated.
