Crowley, John M. COEYMANS John M. Crowley, 80, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. John was a retired 20-year Army veteran serving during the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of Laborer's Union Local 190 and in 1985 retired after many years of service with Beltrone Construction. John enjoyed playing cards and going to casinos. John was predeceased by his wife, Mary L. Crowley. Survivors include his daughter, Kelly L. (Curtis) Hanlon of Selkirk; granddog, Molly; sisters, Catherine LaRose and Carol Asprion; family friend, Ann Wordelmann; and several nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his sisters, Margaret Bruno and Elizabeth Crowley. Friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena on Tuesday, January 3 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. A graveside service will immediately follow the calling hours at Memory Gardens, Albany. Contributions in memory of John may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205 or the American Cancer Society.
