June and Bud lived in New Hampshire for several years where Bud was a corporate executive and they purchased a home near ours which June decorated. They made many friends and they were very happy. June was always concerned about the well-being of others, including the wildlife in the neighborhood where we lived. June had such a great sense of humor and was fun to be around socially. I was sad when I learned June had passed last year. I know she's happy in Heaven.

I don't often read the TU but yesterday I did. I remember June when when we were teenagers growing up in Athens. June was a great kid who became a great adult. I wish her eternal happiness with God in Heaven.

Thank You to June's longtime friends and caregivers who loved her and helped keep June living independently, which she wanted, the last years of her life.

I was a neighbor of June and I remember what a great, kind, generous couple June and Bud were. Almost forgot their adorable cats, Misha and Fred.

June and her husband Bud were kind and generous to everyone. June was always concerned for abused and neglected children. She and Bud provided foster care for several children. They were a great couple.
