George Welch Obituary

George Welch Jr.

George Welch Jr., age 80, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, January 17, 2018. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Jessie (Golembiewski) and George Welch Sr., who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his loving family, sister Arlene Riter and brother Donald J. Welch, many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. George was a kind giving man and will be missed. He was preceded in death by Godchild/niece, Sandra (Riter) Futrell.

Visitation will be held at the Reeb Funeral Home, Sylvania, OH on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, at 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service begins at Noon. Contributions may be made to Toledo Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
