Dennis J. Kent, 68, of Jeannette, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born Sept. 11, 1952, in Greensburg, a son of the late Frederick and Elizabeth Nagy Kent. Prior to his retirement, Dennis was employed by the West Penn Power Co. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Jeannette, a member of the Penn Rod & Gun Club, and a social member of the American Legion Post No. 344 in Jeannette. Dennis's joys in life were working outdoors, and he loved his cars. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Pamela Parry Kent; a sister, Mary Bradish, of Latrobe; a brother, David Kent and wife, Maryann, of Harrison City; his mother-in-law, June Parry, of Jeannette; several brothers and sisters-in-law: numerous nieces and nephews; and his canine companion, Yogi. There will be no public visitation. Funeral services were private. The JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., Jeannette are entrusted with arrangements.
