You made us laugh when imitating Mae West because you were born on her birthday. You could have been a successful comedian in addition to teaching public speaking !

Mary Beth I would like to obtain a copy of the book that Duane wrote. He will continue to teach me from Heaven.

Thank you for being such an amazing professor and writing me that wonderful letter of recommendation for the school that I decided to move onto. You really were a one of a kind person. You told me that I have what it takes to be a great person and a public speaker and that has stuck with me throughout the years. I was just thinking about you the other day and how great of an impact you had on me. Thank you for making me believe in myself.

So sorry to hear this. Duane was my softball coach at WCCC. I went on to be his assistant coach for some years. He became a good friend. He always made me laugh. My heart hurts. Condolences to all his loved ones.
