Patti Lynn Nicolette passed away Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, as well as friend, colleague and church leader. Faith and family were the foundation of Patti's life. She, along with her husband Edward, found great comfort and support in their service to the church. Patti had a passion for children's ministry and was an active coordinator and teacher at Murrysville Alliance Church. Prior to that, she was a youth leader at Ardara United Presbyterian Church. Her devotion was apparent, especially in her Sunday school lessons and in the various roles she held at vacation bible school and other church activities. Patti was born in Braddock and was raised in nearby Jeannette. She eventually met Edward while at a local carwash, and they were married shortly afterward. They then moved to Claridge to raise their family and lived a wonderful life. Patti worked for Hawksworth Garden Apartments in Greensburg for more than 30 years and became a career property manager. She is survived by her husband, Edward Nicolette; son, Edward Nicolette and wife, Megan; son, Justin Nicolette and wife, Karis; daughter, Jennifer Forsythe and husband, Daniel; grandsons, Andrew, Alex and Anthony Nicolette, and Ryan Forsythe; granddaughter, Lela Nicolette; and sisters, Bonnie and Betty. She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Conklin.
