Art and I worked together a the Supply System... first when we had FIVE nuclear plants all under construction at the same time; and later when four were terminated and we concentrated on getting WNP-2 finished and operational.
Art was a friend, a mentor, and a protégé .. always concentrating on getting the job done to the best of his abilities.
His passing does leave a large gap in the knowledge base of 'things nuclear' here in the Tri-Cities.
A fine man, I'm so sorry to hear of his passing.
