Not sure what to say?

Anne : we are so sorry to hear about Dave. We were talking tonight about hooking up with you and Dave - maybe driving up to Troy, but didn’t know if you guys were still there so I tried Facebook and linked in with no luck. Then google- and his obituary with his photo showed up. We were stunned. I attached some Bermuda photos from our honeymoons. We’re still on Cape Cod in the same house. You and your sons are welcome anytime. We are so sorry we didnt try to do this earlier. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, albiet 7 years late.

Anne, Charles, Douglas, and Michael-
I am so deeply saddened to hear of this sudden loss of such a wonderful person. I have so many memories of summers spent at your home. Mr. Gibson setting up that pool in the back yard. I'll never forget the summer we accidentally made it collapse! The long summer nights playing hide and seek in front of your house and your father kindly letting us know it was time for bed. Charles, Doug, and Michael...we grew up together and so many of my childhood memories are tied with your family. Your father was such a kind and welcoming person. I am so terribly sorry for your loss.
May he rest in peace.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I cannot express the void that Dave has left here at work. He was a kind and gentle person who worked hard every day. You would never know he was a man struggling with health issues as he was still able to keep a smile and be patient with those around him. He was one of my work "brothers". Dave would walk up and down the halls humming a bugle "charge" tune. He was always looking forward. We will miss him tremendously. God Bless you and your family.
