May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I only knew Red from Safeway also. But I believe he truly cared about people. His smile was genuine and on a late night visit to Safeway he took the time to walk me and my granddaughter out to be sure we got to our vehicle safely. He will be missed

My deepest sympathy to Red"s wife and family. I had the pleasure of meeting Red at the Safeway on Tanque Verde & Sabino. He was the nicest man. Always with a smile on his face. Goodness and kindness exuded from his body. Kimberly

He was our favorite cashier at Safeway and always went to his line whenever he was working. My daughter (6) loved him and he was always so kind and nice to her. We are afraid to tell her what happened, she would be really heart-broken. Rest in piece, Red!

I knew Red from a previous life at TUSD. Godspeed, my friend.

Red was one of the reasons I shopped at Safeway. He was so kind and we would tease each other about our red hair (until both ours went grey!)Blessings to your family and friends who had the years with him. He will be missed. RIP Red....

I only knew Red from the Safeway at Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon. I didn't shop there often, but I'd look to see if he was working when I walked in the door because I knew that, no matter how my day had been going, I'd get a smile from him as I checked out. My most heartfelt sympathies to his family. May his memory be a blessing and always bring you smiles.

Paige, Iam so sorry for the loss of Red, for you and all of his loved ones. My thoughts and prayers are very much with you, my dear friend.

Red was such a wonderful brother-in-law and we love him so very much. He was a joy to be around and always added fun and laughter to our family gatherings. Red saw the good in everyone around him and never spoke an unkind word of anyone. We lost him way too soon, but he was so brave in the face of cancer. We are forever blessed to have had Red in our lives. He will always be missed, but we are comforted knowing we will see him once again with our loving God.

All our love, Kathy, Mark and family
