Joe Ray, Harley and Dustin-
We just heard about Meda's passing.
We're sure sorry. We're thinking of you all in your time of grief.

Joe Ray: I am once again undone. First your Dad, then your sister, now your Mom. We went back to grade school. I have so many memories of our friendship: picnics in the pasture at Elephant Head, Easter gatherings on the lawn in GV, visits at Poe Street when our kids were little - oh, my, where do the years go?? We had such a lot in common, even to the point of losing our precious daughters. Meda was my last contemporary- we always said we'd live to
"at least 85" - I regret that she did not make it, but she would laugh to know that I
will be there in June. I have thought of her often. She was a dear friend and will be sorely missed.
Please know my thoughts are with you.

Joe Ray-
So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing.
May you find peace and comfort during this difficult time.
We will always cherish our memories of time spent with the Underdown's.
