Hey Bro.

Your passing left me stunned and without words.
I thought after all you went through that you had bought yourself some time. Now, 2 months have passed and it would be your birthday.
Normally I would be giving you a call to give you some crap about being an older fart than me. Instead I find myself finally putting some words to how I feel about your passing.

In the short time since you passed I can't tell you how many times I wanted to call to talk about a song I heard or a movie that sounded interesting, even though you couldn't go to the movies anymore because your immune system was compromised since your surgery.

I think about all the times I could have called you but didn't want to bother you with trivial things. Now I wish I could talk to my bro again. There are many things left unsaid.

On Christmas morning at the early service I thought about how you were celebrating Christmas with Jesus and that gave me great comfort.

I miss you bro.

Jimmy.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DENNY!!

You are always on my mind, especially today on your New Years Eve Birthday. I'll bet Mom had your favorite poppy seed cake all ready for you.
I love you little Bro and I miss you more.

Although we have never met face to face, I have come to consider Dennis a friend as well as coworker. Dennis not only trained me for the job I'm doing today, but also recognized my potential and recommended me for this position; saving my career.

Over the years, working with Dennis, I have come to appreciate all he has done for me.

It has been my privilege to have known Dennis. He will be greatly missed.

Dennis trained me on the work that I do, and inspired me to go beyond the training he gave me. I am grateful to have been able to get together with him in late October.
