Reggie, Patrick, Allison - While we hadn't seen Randy recently, all my memories of him are with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. Our sympathies to you - there are no more words.

I met Randy while working with the Stillwater and Washington County Yellow Ribbon. He was a vary caring and dedicated person. He was always willing to help out in anyway possible.

When Randy was first elected to the city council he approached me to help him get acquanted with how we do things, I took him under my wing and he caught on quickly. I enjoyed my years serving on the council with him, he was pleasant, fair, and always respectful. He could be very funny too. He was a good guy and will be missed by many. Our deepest sympathies to you Reggie and your family. Sandy & Dave Wilke

Dear Reg and family: I had the pleasure to work with Randy for many years and he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic at his job. He always spent the extra time and effort to do it right and to assist his clients and colleagues to get the job done. He will be greatly missed and the Washington County community has lost a true friend and supporter. May he rest in peace. My sincere regrets and condolences on his passing. J. E. "ED" Cass, retired Judge of Washington County District Court.
