Not too many years ago when my mom was still living, I ask her one day, "how did I get interested in music?" She said "you saw those brothers who played and said I want to learn to do that!" and that is how I got in the music business. Ron Goodrich taught me the basic major chords on guitar and then added minors. I am grateful to this family for my love of music. Thank you very much! Johnny will be missed!

What a humble man Johnny Goodrich was. He and his family left an indelible mark on music in the Tyler area.
