To the family of Pat,

May the God who binds up the broken hearted and comforts all who mourn give you peace and comfort during this difficult time. Isaiah 61:1.

Not only were my husband and I blessed to have Ms. Pat for Sunday School, we were doubly blessed that she taught our children as well. She made Sunday School an all encompassing experience. There were no lengths too great for Ms. Pat. By commissioning the painting of 2 of the classrooms, students were able to transcend to biblical times. Each part of the room depicted various scenes and places from the bible and she could move around the rooms as appropriate for the story.
We never saw Ms. Pat without a smile. She purchased girl scout cookies from me every year that I sold them. I remember the great love she had for her dogs. And, she was always happy to talk golf with anybody who was willing.
The world lost a great Christian, teacher and friend. Our memories of Ms. Pat will stay with us always as we try to carry on the lessons she imparted upon us.
We will always love our dear teacher.
