Pricilla,

It was with great sadness that I learned of Paul's passing. He was like a second father to me on and off the job. He was a man of wisdom and honor. His sense of humor was unprecedented. My thoughts and prayers are with you and his girls. It was an honor to call him a friend

I owe a great deal of who I am today to Paul and will be forever grateful for the leadership, patience and guidance he showed this very young officer when I started at NPD. Truly the standard of the person we emulated to be, Paul was always there with a smile, a joke and a lesson to learn. My condolences to the entire Gagnon Family for this great loss. Please find solace in knowing in his time with us, he affected so many lives.

Plain and simple, Paul was patient and compassionate not only with the public but with me. He was my mentor early on and I always tried to emulate his ways when i became a supervisor. I loved bumping into him at various places in Hudson over the years. He always had a smile and kind words. Condolences to Priscilla and the whole family. rest in peace my friend. You will be missed by so many. Ron Welliver

Paul was my Sergeant when I began my career at NPD. From day one and through the subsequent years we worked together, Paul was a mentor who led with confidence, kindness and genuine concern for his officers as well as the public he so ably served. I am happy that I ran into Paul years after we both retired and had the opportunity to thank him and tell him how much I appreciated him. My condolences to his family and all who feel his loss.
