Mark Matthew Hibbard, 43, of Lanexa passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, husband, and brother. Survivors include his parents, Louise and Bob Hibbard, son, Mason, wife Belinda, stepdaughter Ella Harris, brother Daniel (Ashley), nephews Kyle and Dylan, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He is also survived by his loyal rescue pup, Ginger Mark was born in Williamsburg, Va on January 31, 1978. He graduated from Lafayette High School and attended Virginia Tech and Old Dominion University. Mark loved anything that had to do with the water from boating and fishing to surfing. He also enjoyed working with his hands and could fix and build anything. A private memorial will be held at a later date in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
