RIP old friend .

I have worked across the street from Garry's house on La Fonda Court for 14 years and Garry was always fun and a delight to see. What a great sense of humor! He would tease me about my parking skills in the cul-de-sac and always offered his driveway to me if needed. My condolences to the family. He is missed.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Garry's passing as I had talked to him on the phone only a few days beforehand. I had known him for many many years (I could've sworn he said he was born in Leader, Sask. like I was) and we had great times together. Jerry Seinfeld says that we should all aim to live at least 1000 months - you pulled it off buddy! I'll miss you.

I am so sorry to hear about Garry's passing. I have known Garry since the 1980s, sharing an adult beverage, and exchanging some wonderful stories at the old BJ's in Ventura. Garry lived down the street from me, and he would always honk his horn when he drove by the house! I will miss his positive outlook, energy, and sense of humor. I'am sure his family is very proud of his life's accomplishments!
