To Kevin's family,
I pray for peace and understanding among you as you suffer from this loss. Take this opportunity to share blessings with one another as time will claim us all.
-Bill Halstead (Kevin's dad's school buddy)

Keven Illig represented the true spirit of an Oxnard College PACE student: father, husband, employee, college student, earning his degree to further his personal and family goals.

Always helping other students and the staff, we'll never forget Kevin's bright light, desire to learn, and devoted friend and colleague to everyone.

He will truly be missed by the many students he assisted and inspired.

I only wish I could reciprocate by helping his family during this difficult time. Please accept my loving thoughts and prayers.

Karen Sutton, PACE Coordinator, Oxnard College

I have known Kevin as well as his wife and children for many years. Kevin always had a positive attitude and was such a sweet person. I always enjoyed seeing him as he could brighten any mood. He will be greatly missed and I'm so sad he's gone. Lots of love to family and friends.
